Orders

  • What payment methods you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please note that each order can be placed with only one available payment type, subject to variability depending on the country of delivery.
  • Do you do wrap?

    Oh, yes. All of our products come carefully wrapped in a stylish and reusable packaging, because we think of our product as a gift, whether it is for you or for a loved one.
  • What is the status of my order?

    You can check the status of your order by

  • How do I cancel an order?

    Email us at hello@senseslinen.com within 30 minutes of placing your order to process the cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm WEST. We cannot cancel orders for you on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Do you do special wrap for wedding gifts?

    Yes. Along with our elegant packaging, we will gladly send a card with a personal note so you can send all the best to the newlyweds. All you have to do is to send an email to hello@senseslinen.com with the text you want in the postcard, and we will do it for you.

Shipping

  • Where does Senseslinen ship to?

    We can ship our products to any country in the European Union.
  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping can cost from 19€ to 26€ in orders below 100€. We offer the shipping on all orders over 100€.
  • When will I get my order?

    It takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver your order. The delivery time for bed linen can take, in the case of stonewashed percale, up to 10 working days or, in the case of linen, up to 15 working days. These articles are finalized with a special stonewash that sometimes delays the entire process.
    Once your package ships, we will send you a tracking number to monitor it on the carrier page.
  • How can I track the delivery of my order?

    Once your package ships, we will send you by email a tracking number to monitor it on the carrier page.
  • What if I need to change the shipping address?

    It's difficult, but don't worry. Please contact us at hello@senseslinen.com in the first 30 minutes after placing your order, on working days, from 09:00 to 17:00.

Returns

  • What is your return policy?

    At Senseslinen, we strive to ensure the highest standard of quality and customer satisfaction. We understand how important it is to find the perfect bed linen for your home. That's why we produce our products with so much love and care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. To start the return process, you must log in to our store with your customer account. In the customer area, you should click on "Orders", and then click on the order you wish to return. In the next step, you should select only the item(s) you want to return, and indicate the reason for the return. In the last step, you can also choose whether you want to receive the refund by the same payment method, or if you want to receive a voucher for use in our store.   • How can I return my order?

  • How can I exchange my order?

    At Senseslinen we do not make exchanges. If you wish to do so, you must return the items you received and make a new purchase with the ones you want.
  • Which of your products are covered by a warranty?

    All of our amazing quality products have a lifetime warranty, provided if the user follows the care instructions given for that same product or displayed on our care guide page. Mistreatment and reckless handling will break the warranty, so please take good care of them.
  • I want to return only part of my complete set. Can I do that?

    It is not possible to return only part of a set. In such cases, you must return the entire set.

  • Where is your bedding products made?

    Our bedding is manufactured in the city of Guimarães, in the northern region of Portugal. All our fabrics are made from the finest fibres available, including the finest long-staple certified Egyptian Cotton™, the best grade “A” Mulberry silk, the best European linen and the best Supima® cotton.
  • Can I buy just one item?

    You can buy any single item, be it a sheet, a fitted sheet, a duvet bag or a pillowcase, or even a towel, a bathrobe or a bath mat.
  • Are your products Oeko-Tex® certified?

    Yes, all of our products are Oeko-Tex® certified. Oeko-Tex® tests for harmful substances, which are prohibited or regulated by law, and for chemicals, which are known to be harmful to health. Read our blog posts and website for more information.
  • What is the thread count of your bed linen?

    Thread count is just a measure of how many threads are in one square inch or centimetres. Our products have a thread count (TC) of 200, 400, 430 and 800, in percale and sateen weave.   • What is the difference between linen, percale, satin, cotton silk and silk?

    Everything comes down to personal preference.
    Our European linen is crisp to the touch, easy-care and casual. This fabric keeps everyone cool and fresh even in hot or humid weather.
    Our Egyptian Cotton™ percale is cool and crisp to the touch. This fabric has a soft texture and a more casual appearance. Percale is very breathable and will get softer with continued use.
    Our Egyptian Cotton™ sateen is extremely soft and smooth. The elegant sateen sheets are also naturally more wrinkle resistant.
    Our cotton-silk is simply the best. These higher-quality sheets are made from Supima® cotton and genuine Mulberry silk. They are light and sleek.
    Our Mulberry silk is the luxurious fabric in the world. It is naturally hypoallergenic and temperature-regulating, it reduces humidity in your bed by up to 50%, and it contributes to your health and appearance.
  • How can I should care of my bedding?

    We provide a care label in every product, where you can see the care instructions. For further information, visit our care guide page to learn how to care for your senseslinen bedding items.
  • Can I mix and match within a Set?

    Of course! Our sets are pre-bundled, to make it easier for you to buy a full set in no time, but you also get the opportunity to mix and match sizes, colours or fabrics. Also, all bedding items can be purchased a la carte, so you can have a unique bedding set, made just for you.
  • How deep are your fitted sheets?

    Our fitted sheets are designed to fit mattresses up to 30 cm deep. For more details, please click on the size guide information found on each product page.
  • How do your duvet covers close?

    Our duvet covers close with hidden buttons. Thanks to its opening, it is faster and practical to put the duvet inside the cover.
  • Do you offer hospitality bedding?

    Yes, we do. We offer special conditions for hospitality bedding. Please contact us at hello@senseslinen.com.
  • How can I choose the ideal size for my products?

    If you aren’t sure about the sizes you are looking for, each product and set includes a size guide where we make a suggestion according to the size of your mattress. If you still have doubts or in case you would like to customise your size, please email us at hello@senseslinen.com.

Gift card

  • What types of gift cards do you offer?

    We offer the option of digital gift cards, that are delivered to you by email immediately after purchase. We also provide you with the instructions on how to redeem the gift amount at checkout. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
  • How do I send a gift card?

    You will receive the digital gift card by email immediately after purchase, with instructions on how to redeem the gift amount at checkout. If you want to offer it, you will need to forward the email to the lucky recipient or print it out to gift it in person.
  • How do I redeem my gift card?

    Easy-peasy! At checkout, enter the discount or gift card code, by typing your promo code into the empty field. Next, select 'apply' and voilá, your purchase is done.
